Dr.Milena Urbini is a researcher with 10 years experience on high-throughput molecular analysis of solid tumors. She has worked on the molecular characterization of rare sarcoma, and now her research field includes the identification of diagnostic, predictive and prognostic markers for genitourinary, thoracic and gastric tumors. She is specialized in the use of next-generation sequencing (NGS) for genome, whole-exome, whole-transcriptome analysis on both tissue and liquid biopsy specimens.
